Meet the Staff of CHC
John Stoltzfus, Associate Pastor
Jon joined the CHC staff in June of 2000, after serving as the founding pastor of the Cornerstone Alliance Church in Roanoke, Indiana for 12 years. Prior to that, Jon and his wife Jennie Sue ministered in Danville, Indiana and in Oak Ridge, Tennessee starting in 1972. He graduated from Columbia International University and Grace Theological Seminary. Jon and Jennie Sue were married in 1965 and have one daughter, Tara, who is married. Jon serves primarily in the areas of visitation, outreach to newcomers, and pastoral care ministries as well as some preaching and teaching.

Kurt Huber, Assistant Pastor of Youth Ministries
Kurt Huber joined the staff of Chapel Hill Church in the fall of 2005 as Assistant Pastor of Youth Ministries. Kurt and his wife Michelle are both pastor's kids themselves and both graduated from Nyack College, where they met. They were married in 1996 and have one son, Zachariah, born in 2005. Kurt and Michelle enjoy sports, both spectator and participation. Rev. Huber began ministry in 1994 and has served as Youth Minister at churches in Auburn and Rochester, NY as well as Atlanta, Georgia before moving to Chapel Hill Church.

Bob Smith, Visitation Pastor
K After serving as a Church of the Nazarene senior pastor for 28 years in several Ohio cities including Canton, Cadiz, Willoughby, Grafton, & New Philadelphia, Bob retired from the pastorate and began attending CHC. Along with his lovely wife, Sherrie, he now serves as visitation pastor. "We would like to extend a very cordial invitation to everyone who does not have a regular church home to come and be a part of the Chapel Hill Family. Jennifer Abdoo, Music Director
Jen Abdoo joined our staff as Music Director in 2001. She attended Ashland University and Ashland Seminary, earning her Masters of Arts in Church Music. Her responsibilities include organizing the worship teams, planning worship services, leading the choir and developing musical talent at CHC. She and her husband Mike were married in 1998 and have two children, Natalie and Nathan.
